GROUP TrAINING
Group Training offers the benefits of working with a personal trainer plus the camaraderie of a team training environment. These sessions include strength and conditioning that address most fitness goals. This is a great way to have fun, get in shape, and stay motivated with like-minded individuals. This option gives you control of how many and what times you would like to train throughout the week. Each session is limited to 12 individuals and are 50 minutes long.
SPORTS MEDICINE AND REHABILITATION
Veronica Dilzer, the owner of Revolution Fitness, is a licensed sports medicine professional. As such, she is qualified to offer an alternative to traditional physical therapy in the form of individualized injury rehabilitation. In addition to rehabilitation, services provided include kinesiology taping, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, injury taping, and preventative intervention. These sessions will follow the semi-private training schedule (private sessions are available upon request for an additional cost) and will last one hour. All appointments are scheduled in advance and adhere to a 24 hour cancellation policy.
MOVEMENT RECONDITIONING
Revolution Fitness offers the latest techniques in the correction and restoration of proper joint function and global movement patterns. These techniques address movement restrictions primarily in the neuromuscular and fascial systems which build up over time due to previous injury, movement compensations, or lifestyle patterns that cause tightness and adhesions. Personalized attention is given to addressing restrictions through soft tissue work and specialized mobility training that safely increase ranges of motion and joint integrity over time to make long lasting, permanent changes which leads to better overall function. These sessions will follow the semi-private training schedule (private sessions are available upon request for an additional cost) and will last one hour. All appointments are scheduled in advance and adhere to a 24 hour cancellation policy.
Semi-Private TRAINING
The knowledge and accountability of an experienced movement specialist can help motivate you to achieve your fitness goals in a safe and effective way. These sessions take into account your specific training goals, past injury limitations, and/or any special needs that you may have. The completely individualize programs will give you the strength, mobility, and confidence to move pain free through daily life and recreational activities. This option is limited to 4 members per session which allows for a deeper level of coaching attention and are one hour long. All appointments are scheduled in advance and adhere to a 24 hour cancellation policy.
ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE
The best way to become a better athlete isn't just by practicing your sport - it's by improving your overall athletic ability. The core of our curriculum focuses on proper biomechanical movements and functional multi-joint exercises which form the foundation of all sports.
